What if I or a family member have a serious illness or injury and need time off of work? 我的工作是否会受到保护?

If you have a serious illness or injury or are otherwise disabled, you may be entitled to time off from work. 的 Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and/or California Family Rights Act (CFRA) may apply to protect leaves that result from your serious health condition or the health condition of a family member.
